Standard shipping is free on orders over US $100. Express shipping is US $24.99.
How long does shipping take?
Processing is 1–5 business days, then standard delivery is usually 10–20 business days. Expedited is usually 3–5 business days after processing. Email support@gothbb.com for expedited help.
Preorders, deposits, and cancellation fees
GothBB does not charge a separate preorder deposit or checkout “booking fee” unless a product page says so. Some items are prepared after you order (processing 1–5 days).
Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation is a 30% restocking fee because production may already have started. That restocking fee is the only extra cancellation charge.
Returns
Defects caused by us: contact us within 14 days for a free return or exchange. Buyer’s-choice returns: you pay return shipping. See the Return Policy.
