We offer free returns or exchanges when the problem is our fault. Tell us within 14 days of delivery.
If the size is wrong, email us about an exchange.
How to request a return
Email support@gothbb.com with:
- Your order number
- The SKU or product name
- Photos or video showing the issue, if the item is defective
Items must be unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with original labels. Otherwise the buyer is responsible for fees and we may refuse the refund.
Return shipping
Use a tracked, registered service. We cannot confirm receipt of untracked returns.
You pay return shipping when:
- You ordered the wrong product or size (you also pay outbound shipping for a replacement; a refund is for the product price only)
- You no longer want the item (contact us within 14 days of delivery)
Original outbound shipping is not refundable.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we email you. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within one week.
Non-returnable
- Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie and sleepwear, earrings, and body piercings
- Health, personal care, and sanitary goods
- Final sale / clearance items marked as such
