Shipping policy
GothBB ships worldwide. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Processing
1–5 business days. Many pieces are prepared to order, so production may start after you check out.
Shipping time
- Standard shipping: usually 10–20 business days after processing
- Expedited shipping: usually 3–5 business days after processing. Email support@gothbb.com if you need expedited shipping.
Times exclude customs delays, weekends, holidays, and events outside our control. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Shipping fees
- Free standard shipping on orders over US $100
- Express shipping: US $24.99
Cancellations and restocking
We do not issue refunds once an order is in production or has shipped. If you contact us within 24 hours of ordering, we can cancel and refund in full.
Any cancellation request after 24 hours is charged a 30% restocking fee on the merchandise total. That fee covers work already started on the order. GothBB does not add a separate preorder deposit at checkout unless a product page says otherwise.
Customs and address issues
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. If a shipment is refused or returned because of an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we can reship to a corrected address.
